Description

This weightlifting class delivers muscle building techniques for the lower body. Building leg muscles may take more time compared to other body parts – so it’s important to do the right exercises for quicker results. This class will strengthen the posterior chain muscles, including the erector spine, gluteus maximus, hamstrings and adductors. A personal trainer will guide you as you perform squats, lunges and RDLs – for more leg size, strength and power. May involves protein powder usage with light cardio.
