Sled, Battle Ropes, Weights Tuesday – Every Tuesday build Power, Speed and Endurance – 3:30pm to 4:25pm. Three (3) persons per class. NO class on major national holidays. Pay cash or show proof of purchase or ID that matches the name of buyer to participate. Fitness Mat required.

Description
This class will build power, speed and endurance by using a Sled, Battle Ropes and Weights. The Sled will work both upper and lower body muscles, burn calories, and improve speed. The battle rope will build muscular strength, increase cardiorespiratory fitness and improve athletic performance – combine this with weights and you have the ultimate full body workout that can be applied to all fitness levels. If you’re looking for a full body workout that’s fun, different and challenging, then this class is for you!
