Description
This weightlifting class delivers muscle building techniques for the upper body with fast results. You’ll quickly see increased muscle mass in the Trapezius, Rhomboids, Deltoids, Rotator Cuff, Pectorals, Biceps, Triceps and Forearm muscles. This class will focus on the 6 major muscle groups in the upper body – including the chest, upper back, outer shoulders, back, upper arm, and the front upper arm. Involves protein powder usage for faster results and light cardio. Fitness Mat required.
