"I love this studio so much! You learn proper boxing, not the BS at other places where you do 5 min of actual boxing and the rest is circuit training. You do 3 min on 3 min off in the ring 1:1 with a trainer! Ive been going for a couple of months and can see a difference in the way I move and punch.
