R. Bands – 6:30pm
Buns & Thighs – 7:30pm


TUESDAY
Boxing – 6pm
Boxing – 8pm


WEDNESDAY
HITT – 5:30pm
Upper Body Weight – 6pm
Cones, Hurdles, Ladders – 7pm


THURSDAY
Boxing – 6pm
Plyometrics – 7pm
Boxing – 8pm



FRIDAY
Lower Body Weight – 6:00pm


SATURDAY
Cones, Hurdles, Ladders – 9am
R. Bands – 10:30am

Boxing – 1pm
